Canton/Romulus, MI - The Revive275 project is closing the northbound I-275 exit to M-153 (Ford Road) for approximately five weeks, along with the westbound M-153 exit to northbound I-275.
Beginning 6 a.m. Monday, May 22, the northbound I-275 exit to M-153 will close until July. Then beginning 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, the westbound M-153 exit to northbound I-275 will close until mid-July.
Detours:
- Northbound I-275 traffic will continue north to westbound Ann Arbor Road, then southbound M-153.
- Westbound M-153 traffic will continue to southbound I-275, then eastbound US-12 (Michigan Avenue) to northbound I-275.
Reminder: the ramps at the I-275/I-94 interchange are closed through early July to allow bridge, ramp, and freeway work.
Northbound I-275 traffic heading for eastbound or westbound I-94 will be detoured north to westbound Ecorse Road, then southbound I-275 to eastbound or westbound I-94.
Eastbound and westbound I-94 traffic heading for northbound I-275 will be detoured via southbound I-275, then eastbound Eureka Road to northbound I-275.
