Detroit, MI - Wayne County Public Services has issued announcements on closures of Hines Drive, as of Thursday morning (August 12, 2021).
Due to flooding, Hines Drive is closed from Outer Drive to Ann Arbor Trail, Stark to Newburgh and Haggerty to Wicox.
