Farmington Hills, MI - The Secretary of State Farmington Hills office at 35572 Grand River Ave. will be closed for remodeling Monday, March 10 through Friday, March 14.
The branch will reopen at 9 a.m. Monday, March 17. Office hours will remain unchanged — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. During the remodeling week of March 10, customers who need services may visit one of the following nearby offices:

Southwest Oakland County PLUS
West Bloomfield
Southfield The Livonia Area SUPER!Center and the Southwest Oakland County PLUS are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The SUPER!Center also has Saturday hours from 9 a.m. to noon. Hours for the Southfield and West Bloomfield offices are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Secretary of State mails notices to motorists 45 days before their driver’s license or license plates expire so that they have ample time to renew. Residents may “skip the trip” to a branch office by renewing vehicle and watercraft registrations online or by touch-tone telephone. Details are included with the renewal notice.
