People may also bring items to the vigil to donate to the Salvation Army MATTS shelter to aid Macomb County’s homeless such as socks, underwear, toothpaste, wash cloths, towels, sheets, toys, coloring books and shampoo. Last year, Macomb County shelters and agencies served over 3,000 homeless people. November is Homeless Awareness Month. |
Mt. Clemens, MI - A candlelight vigil is planned in Warren to recognize homeless people who have died this year.
