Macomb County Library Hosts Astronomy Program Print E-mail

Metro Detroit Arts & Entertainment NewsClinton Twp., MI - The Warren Astronomy Association will present an astronomy program for people with disabilities and their families.

The program will include special tactile images, used for demonstrative purposes in the program, for people with low vision.

The program is 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Aug. 19, at the Macomb County Library, 16480 Hall Road in Clinton Township.

Bob Berta, president of the association, currently has some of his astronomical photographs on display at Wolcott Mill Metropark.

All age groups are welcome to attend. Please call the Macomb Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped at 586-286-1580 to make a reservation.
